Project Challenges
High Maintenance Complexity: The water treatment plant environment is complex, with a large number of devices. This makes the maintenance and troubleshooting of traditional photovoltaic systems time-consuming and labor-intensive, increasing operational costs.
Safety Risk Challenges: In a wastewater treatment environment, the stable operation of equipment is critical. Any electrical fault, especially the risk of arc faults, could threaten personnel safety and the stable operation of the equipment.
Customer Needs:
The customer wants easy maintenance and the ability to ensure a safe system shutdown.
The main functions of the MR products include:
Reducing voltage to 1V within 30 seconds for module-level safe and rapid shutdown
Helping to reduce smart operation and maintenance costs by 50%
The customer purchased 973 sets of MR-T2 and 31 control boxes
The project adopted the V2.5 solution
After installing the MR products, the project achieved the following results
Operations and maintenance efficiency increased by 50%, and management costs decreased: By improving O&M efficiency, management costs were effectively reduced.
