    The factory has long been engaged in the photovoltaic industry, with solid technical expertise and a well-established rooftop PV system. As production capacity expanded and energy consumption patterns evolved, limitations of the existing traditional string-based system gradually became apparent, particularly in terms of operational safety, refined management, and the ability to fully unlock generation potential. A system-level upgrade was therefore required to enhance overall performance and long-term value.

    The customer sought to upgrade the PV system while preserving the existing plant structure as much as possible. Key objectives included achieving module-level safety shutdown and real-time performance visualization, mitigating energy losses caused by module mismatch, improving overall power generation efficiency, and reducing long-term electricity costs. At the same time, the solution needed to support future intelligent O&M and system scalability.
