APT-CB-D4/DW-S/L-PV Data Controller | Solar Monitoring Box-AdvanSol Power Technology Co., Ltd.

The V2.5 DCON Series Data Control Box, when used together with the Emergency Shutdown Kit and Module-Level Controllers (R / MR / MRO), delivers the full functionality of the V2.5 Module-Master™ Solution.

Powered by AdvanSol’s patented Super-HPLC enhanced power line communication, no additional communication cables are required. There is no distance limitation between the data controller and the farthest module controller, ensuring stable, long-distance module-level data transmission.

Multiple models support PV plants of different sizes. A single communication ferrite ring can manage multiple strings. One data control box can integrate one or more ferrite rings, enabling control of over 30 strings per unit.

An integrated design with a transparent, industrial-style enclosure. Clearly visible indicator LEDs inside the data box provide intuitive system status visibility. No on-site assembly required, delivering true plug-and-play installation. Rated IP65 for reliable operation in harsh environments.

The V2.5 Data Control Box integrates shutdown control, data acquisition, local flash storage, and signal distribution into a single unit. Supports 7-day local data buffering, eliminating data loss during communication interruptions.

The V2.5 Data Control Box operates independently, without relying on inverter control. It is compatible with all mainstream third-party string inverters, enabling seamless integration for both new projects and existing PV plant retrofits.
