    The client is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (Japanese) producing sewing machines and sewing machine semi-finished products. In the manufacturing environment, the electrical system is complex, with safety risks such as DC arcs and aging wiring. Additionally, the large roof spans and dispersed modules make it difficult for traditional centralized monitoring to accurately locate potential hazards. Under continuous production conditions, the PV system must simultaneously meet multiple requirements: high safety, stable operation, and efficient O&M.

    To ensure uninterrupted production, the customer requires module-level safety protection and precise monitoring, enabling rapid detection and isolation of potential faults, reducing O&M complexity, and ensuring the PV system operates safely and reliably over the long term.
